One operating system

AI-powered HR software, payroll and attendance, in one platform.

Every module writes to the same employee record, so nothing needs reconciling and the agent can act across all of them at once.

No exports, no reconciliation, no month-end scramble to make three systems agree.

Why one record matters more than one login

Most HR stacks are several products with a shared sign-in. Attendance lives in one system, payroll in another, expenses in a third, and a person spends the last week of every month making the three agree. The integrations move data between them, but each hop is a place where a leaver, a mid-month joiner or an unpaid leave day can be recorded in one system and not the others.

Teamio is built the other way round. There is one employee record, and every module reads and writes to it directly. When someone moves to unpaid leave, payroll already knows. When a claim is approved, the next run already includes it. Reconciliation stops being a task because there is nothing to reconcile.

What the platform covers

01

Guided digital onboarding

A paperless flow the new hire completes before day one, contract, documents, payroll details and system access, all provisioned by the agent rather than chased by a coordinator.

02

Workforce analytics without report-building

Attendance, productivity and absence tracked live. Ask for any cut, by month, quarter, department or manager, and read the answer instead of assembling it.

03

Expenses that settle themselves

Receipts are read on submission, claims are routed by policy, and approved spend flows into the next payroll run. Out-of-policy items are flagged before approval, not after payment.

04

Approvals you can see through

Multi-level chains where every step shows who holds it, how long they have held it, and what happens next so nothing sits in an inbox unnoticed.

05

One directory of who's who

Reporting lines, entities, locations and roles on a single source of truth that every other module reads from.

The agent works across modules, not inside one

OnboardingPayrollAttendanceExpensesApprovalsDirectoryONERECORDNothing to reconcile, because nothing is stored twice.
One shared record, read and written by every module.

Because the record is shared, a single instruction can cross module boundaries. “Onboard this hire” creates the employee record, issues the contract, configures the payroll profile and requests system access, five modules, one sentence. A question like “what did we spend per head last quarter” reads payroll and expenses together without an export.

  • Every action the agent takes is written to an audit log with the instruction that caused it.
  • The agent operates strictly within the permissions of the person who asked, never above them.
  • Anything touching money, exits or compliance is held for explicit human approval.
